Maintaining the function
of backwash filters
Problem statement
The substance to be cleaned leaves deposits on the filters, which eventually clog them and can no longer be removed by the backwash principle.
Result
The BENZY coating system not only prevents the accumulation of deposits but also provides enhanced corrosion protection.
Corrosion protection on heat exchangers
Problem statement
Corrosion in lightweight metal heat exchangers at 450°C in a sulfuric acid atmosphere needs to be prevented. This corrosion reduces efficiency and ultimately leads to clogging.
Result
The system developed by BENZY reliably prevents corrosion, ensures higher efficiency,
and extends the maintenance cycle.
High-temperature resistant decorative coating
Problem statement
Black coating on stainless steel that does not discolor
under temperature stresses around 500°C.

for dishwashers

Replacement of stainless steel with a coated low-alloy
